Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
Work Experience
1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Additional Qualifications
Excellent communication and analytical skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
Previous experience working with ERP software for financial management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
Roles & Environment
Review and process invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
Oversee the daily recording of cash and bank transactions, including reconciliations and balance monitoring.
Accurately calculate taxes and VAT, and ensure timely deposits to the government treasury.
Thoroughly verify all financial transaction documents for completeness and accuracy.
Update Management Information System (MIS) reports with necessary financial data and analysis.
Prepare various vouchers, such as adjustment, journal, sales, and purchase vouchers, accurately and promptly.
Support in financial budget planning and preparation to align with organizational objectives.
Analyze and assess standard and actual costs for discrepancies or enhancements, providing insights for management decisions.
