Responsibilities & Context
Experience in managing clients such as Uniqlo, M&S, Target USA, Levis, C&A, COSTCO, H&M, WALMART, Nike is required.
Ensuring the effective implementation of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Ensuring that the current QMS meets the requirements of the buyer.
Seeking opportunities to enhance the existing QMS to surpass customer expectations.
Ensuring a clear understanding of the buyer's specifications.
Clarifying any uncertainties or confusion regarding the buyer's actual specifications.
Maintaining and surpassing the Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) of the company.
Thoroughly inspecting and documenting all incoming, in-process, and final goods.
Rigorously inspecting all goods entering the store for quality and quantity.
Installing and maintaining the Traffic Light Chart system for in-line inspection.
Implementing preventive and corrective measures to prevent defects.
Taking responsibility for any quality failures in approved garments.
Ensuring all staff members are well-trained in their respective areas.
Providing continuous training to enhance the skills of the staff.
Maintaining strict control over rejected items.
Ensuring strict control over repairable and washable garments.
Developing a yearly plan for enhancing quality.
Creating a quality manual for the company to ensure that quality policies and procedures are understood and implemented at all levels.
Ensuring the quality manual covers all policies, procedures, methods, and measures to align actions.
Monitoring the performance of raw material suppliers.
Motivating the staff members.
Maintaining the supplier-customer chain throughout the production process.
